Atlas Ohio Public Adjusting was founded by Paul Davis, a veteran of the insurance industry with over three decades of experience. Paul began his career with Allstate Insurance, where he spent 32 years specializing in homeowner claims. Over time, he rose through the ranks to become a Senior Claims Consultant, handling complex, high-value losses and training new adjusters. He frequently assisted in lawsuit negotiations, dispute resolutions, and appraisal processes, developing a reputation for fairness, accuracy, and deep industry insight.

After retiring from Allstate, Paul saw an opportunity to bring that knowledge and experience directly to policyholders. In 2019, he founded his own company and began working as an independent adjuster, appraiser, and umpire, serving both insurance companies and insured clients. But his passion for advocacy led him to create Atlas Ohio—a firm built to stand on the side of homeowners and business owners, not insurers.

Paul’s background gives him a unique advantage: he knows how insurance companies think, how claims are evaluated behind the scenes, and how to fight effectively for the compensation policyholders deserve. At Atlas, that expertise now works to empower everyday people, offering clear communication, one-on-one guidance, and a commitment to results rooted in honor, integrity, and respect.
